If you want to maximize your opponent's sentence, you need to play as many of the following cards as you can get away with.
- the greater the injustice, the greater the wrong
- the greater the harm, the greater the crime (drunk driving bad, vehicular homicide worse)
- if there are no punishments that equal the crime
- pre-meditation
- if the victim punishes himself greatly as a result of being wronged
- if the crime is unique
- if it was done repeatedly
- level of brutality
- level of depravity -- rape in a church
- level of ingratitude -- to harm one's benefactor,
- level of disgrace -- harms who he is supposed to protect
