Originally from New York City, I've lived in Atlanta since 2007. I am a licensed psychologist and certified counselor. I am searching ways to establish rhetoric and composition as a new line of scholarship/research in counseling and psychology. I am currently an associate professor (in the fields of counselor education and counseling psychology) at GSU, and teach across our master's and doctoral programs. My current line of research examines the psychosocial and vocational experiences of LGBTQ populations, as well as persons living with chronic illness/disabilities.
